What Loocey is
Loocey's DLA module is an all-in-one quoting and workflow product for DIBBS shops. Their published materials describe a daily import of DLA and DIBBS solicitations, multi-column search filters, saved searches that become tabs, and a one-click copy that moves an RFQ's full detail into a bidding board, creating supplier and inventory records as it goes.
From there the product covers the quote itself: cost and profit calculation per bid, supplier relationship management, pre-filled RFQ emails sent from the customer's own connected email account, quote and document management, and Kanban pipeline views. The Enterprise tier adds DIBBS batch bidding export, access to technical data, and priority support.
On approved sources specifically: Loocey's DLA page describes filters built on approved-source CAGE codes, the ability to skip RFQs where an approved source is also bidding, and discovery of manufacturing opportunities through AMSC. This is worth stating plainly, because it means Loocey is not a product that ignores approved-source posture.

Their comparison table is headed "Seat / Month", but each tier bundles a fixed number of users and the annual figure is the monthly figure times twelve, so read these as plan prices with seats included rather than as a per-seat rate.

What DIBBSFlow is
DIBBSFlow is a DIBBS capture-intelligence platform for DLA suppliers. It starts from the buyer's own DLA award record and works outward: what your CAGE has been winning, what has moved away to a new approved source, and which open solicitations sit adjacent to items you already hold.
Your team makes the final technical, commercial, and compliance decision, verifies solicitation requirements, and submits through its existing process. DIBBSFlow does not guarantee fit or award, confer approved-source status, or submit bids.
Pricing: DIBBSFlow starts at $299 a month, billed monthly, with an annual option. Both products read approved-source data. The difference is the direction they read it in, and it is worth being exact rather than sweeping.
Loocey's approved-source features operate on the open board. They help you filter today's solicitations: which ones name an approved source, which to skip because an approved source is also bidding, which carry an AMSC worth pursuing. That is a forward-looking filter on what is currently posted.
DIBBSFlow starts from the record behind you. The first question is not which of today's RFQs to skip, it is which NSNs your CAGE has been winning, and where a new approved source has appeared on an item you used to hold. That is a retrospective read of award history, and the open board is what it points at second.
Neither direction is better. They answer different questions, and a shop can reasonably want both. If your quoting mechanics are already handled and you still cannot see your own position in the market, that gap is what DIBBSFlow is for.
