Bid Board Core and Bid Board Pro are paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually, in advance, to the payment method you provide at signup.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, matching what you selected at signup) until canceled.
- Prices, package scope, billing cadence, renewal terms, and any discounts are the terms presented at checkout or in the signed order form at the time of purchase.
- You can cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a period already paid for, except where required by law.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend access until it is resolved.
- DIBBS IQ is scoped and invoiced separately under terms agreed with your advisor, not under this automatic-billing section.
